The mind is like a venomous serpent. Consider again the internet computer as a representation of our distractions. We don't feel good when we always give in to our distractions. It saps our sense of being. Destroy it with the help of the eagle which surveys the scene from up high. Look at the pain which drives us to distraction. It has a physical aspect which can directly identified. In terms of mental health, do whatever works.The mind is like a monkey. It dances and entertains people. The realisation of the mind as our own playroom is intoxicating but it's like opening Pandora's Box. Restrain it from all sides!Renounce all concepts and percepts. Turn the mind to itself. This tranquilises it. Mental health will follow.
